The Dancers

Khye Jessup is a 28-year-old native of Greensboro, North Carolina. He is a proud graduate of Ragsdale High School and Haynes-Inman Education Center. Khye lives with a rare genetic condition, Hunter’s Syndrome, which has taken away his ability to walk, talk, eat, and function independently—but it has never taken away his spirit or love for life.
He is an active participant with The Arc and the Miracle League, where he plays baseball. He also enjoys playing basketball and flag football. Khye loves being social and taking part in activities and events through The Arc. His joy and resilience inspire everyone who has the privilege of knowing him.

Meredith Carson is the creative director for Triad Pride Performing Arts’ program, Theatre for All and believes that the arts should be inclusive of and accessible for everyone in our community—especially individuals with disabilities. Art is more beautiful and complete when the stories of all of us are brought into the spotlight. Meredith is also a constant singer, a mom, a graduate of the NC Teaching Fellows program, and a court appointed advocate for Guilford County kids in foster care.
