Phelps Sprinkle is a Greensboro native who loves to dance. A proud dad to Roxie, he’s excited to accompany her at this year’s Dancing With Our Diamonds. Roxie’s joy, determination, and spirit inspire him to be a passionate advocate for belonging and inclusion. When he’s not dancing, Phelps serves as the CEO of Peacehaven, a local nonprofit that creates community for people of all abilities. He is honored to support The Arc of Greensboro and the tremendous work it does to create a world where people with intellectual and developmental disabilities are valued, included, and given the opportunity to thrive.

Roxie Sprinkle brings energy and joy to everyone around her. As a participant in the Empower U program, she thrives on connection, especially when spending time with friends and engaging in community outings. Roxie loves exploring new places, sharing laughter, and being part of group activities. Music is one of her passions, often inspiring her to move, bounce, and express herself freely. She has a special fondness for Elmo, whose cheerful spirit mirrors her own. Roxie’s enthusiasm, warmth, and love for life make her a bright presence wherever she goes.
